The Studio Accommodation for 2 people

This comfortable studio apartment is located on the first floor of the Domaine de Rochebonne and can accommodate two people. It measures approximately 17 m². The rental includes a bathroom with toilet, bed, refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop, sink, dishes, barbecue, small courtyard, and a lovely balcony overlooking the park.

The studio provides access to extensive communal gardens and a large swimming pool. Facilities include a children's playground, a wooden fort, a sandbox, swings, a reading and games room, a badminton net, and a football pitch. The property is fully fenced and gated so that parents can relax while the children run and play.

The heated pool is rarely used as it only has a maximum capacity of 40 people, and it's often empty in the mornings and afternoons when everyone goes to enjoy the beaches and the surrounding area. So, the pool is seldom crowded, and often completely empty due to everyone's busy schedules.

Swimming pool and safety

• Unsupervised swimming pool: safety, especially that of children, is entirely the responsibility of parents/guardians
