This comfortable studio apartment is located on the first floor of the Domaine de Rochebonne and can accommodate two people. It measures approximately 17 m². The rental includes a bathroom with toilet, bed, refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop, sink, dishes, barbecue, small courtyard, and a lovely balcony overlooking the park.
The studio provides access to extensive communal gardens and a large swimming pool. Facilities include a children's playground, a wooden fort, a sandbox, swings, a reading and games room, a badminton net, and a football pitch. The property is fully fenced and gated so that parents can relax while the children run and play.
The heated pool is rarely used as it only has a maximum capacity of 40 people, and it's often empty in the mornings and afternoons when everyone goes to enjoy the beaches and the surrounding area. So, the pool is seldom crowded, and often completely empty due to everyone's busy schedules.

To explore the region we do recommend having a car as the public transport in the immediate area is not very frequent. There is public transport by bus from St Just-Luzac which can take you to nearby towns including Rochefort, Royan, Saintes, Marennes and La Rochelle. In Rochefort, Royan, Saintes and La Rochelle there are mainline train stations where you can catch the local trains and the TGV. The closest international airports are La Rochelle which is 45 Minutes away and Bordeaux which is 1 hour away. The closest motorway exit is in Saintes which is 35 minutes away

Séjour absolument parfait
Séjour absolument parfait au Domaine de Rochebonne ! Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec chaleur et professionnalisme. William et Johanna les hôtes sont formidables.

Mon séjour s'est très bien passé, accueil très convivial, piscine impeccable et très sympa, espaces verts très appréciables et bien entretenus. Très bien dans l'ensemble.
Espace et piscine au top
Un gros point positif d'accepter les chiens. De l'espace pour que les enfants et ados jouent et une grande piscine. L'éclairage de nuit des différents endroits donne une ambiance vacances.
