Le Pressoir 3 bedroom house

Le Pressoir, a cottage with three bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people, is a charming house perfect for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the Domaine de Rochebonne together. Its name recalls the estate's winemaking past, and its warm atmosphere will win you over from the moment you arrive—all just 10 minutes from the beaches of southwest France.

The house includes a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, hob, utensils), 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The private garden with garden furniture and barbecue offers a lovely outdoor living space.

The heated pool is rarely used as it only has a maximum capacity of 40 people, and it's often empty in the mornings and afternoons when everyone goes to enjoy the beaches and the surrounding area. So, the pool is seldom crowded, and often completely empty due to everyone's busy schedules.

Domaine de Rochebonne is a small holiday village in a large, walled park of 13,000 m², secure and car-free. It features a shared heated swimming pool open 24/7, children's play areas, shops within walking distance, and beaches 10 minutes away.
