Charming two-bedroom cottage located in the small holiday village of Domaine de Rochebonne. It comprises a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a private garden equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Domaine de Rochebonne boasts a large park and a large communal swimming pool with children's play areas, all just 10 minutes from the beaches. Exceptional offers in the low season for stays of 3 nights or more. Up to 40% discount. Details below.
The heated pool is not very busy as we have a maximum capacity of 40 people, and is often empty in the morning and afternoon when everyone goes to enjoy the beaches and the region. So there are rarely many people at the pool and often there is nobody there due to everyone's schedules.

To explore the region we do recommend having a car as the public transport in the immediate area is not very frequent. There is public transport by bus from St Just-Luzac which can take you to nearby towns including Rochefort, Royan, Saintes, Marennes and La Rochelle. In Rochefort, Royan, Saintes and La Rochelle there are mainline train stations where you can catch the local trains and the TGV. The closest international airports are La Rochelle which is 45 Minutes away and Bordeaux which is 1 hour away. The closest motorway exit is in Saintes which is 35 minutes away

Agréable week-end, maison fonctionnelle
Nous avons passé un agréable week-end entre amis dans le gîte situé dans le village. La maison était fonctionnelle, propre et nous avons pu y retrouver tout le matériel nécessaire. Le gîte est bien placé à proximité de nombreuses activités.
Ravis du séjour, piscine chauffée
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour, l'endroit est très sympa et le terrain est bien aménagé avec la piscine chauffée. L'appartement est très bien aménagé, il ne manque rien. MANU qui nous a accueillis avec le sourire.
Domaine avec du potentiel
Le domaine a beaucoup de potentiel et est tout à fait adapté pour des familles avec enfants (piscine, balançoire, bac à sable...). Christine s'est montrée à notre écoute.
Bien situé, idéal pour familles
Logement pratique, dont l'atout principal est d'être très bien situé pour visiter La Rochelle, Rochefort, l'île d'Oléron. De nombreuses activités dans les environs pour les enfants. Christine est une hôte très souriante et disponible. À recommander pour les familles.
Super séjour, hôte réactif
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce charmant gîte qui est situé dans un terrain avec une piscine magnifiquement entretenue. Notre hôte William a été extrêmement réactif et rapide pour tout arranger. La communication a été excellente.
Bon séjour, piscine appréciée
Bon séjour. Bien au frais avec la verdure qui nous a protégés de la canicule. Avons bien profité de la piscine.
