Set within a gated and enclosed garden, the house features a 5m x 10m private heated swimming pool that offers complete privacy and seclusion as it is not overlooked by neighboring properties. The pool area is fenced and secured for added safety.

This independent house with a garden and private pool is exclusively for you and your guests. Although not part of the Domaine de Rochebonne, the property is managed by our team. You can find a bakery, a butcher, and a pharmacy within a 5-minute walk in the village of Luzac. Just a 10-minute stroll will take you to the nearby village of St Just Luzac, where you can enjoy a shaded terrace in a bar-tabac, a bakery, a restaurant, and a grocery store. Within a 5-minute drive from Luzac, you can reach the lively town of Marennes, where you will find two large supermarkets, bakers, newsagents, numerous restaurants, shops, markets, a cinema, a leisure port, parks, squares, and a beach.
